Inaugural Financial Lines Forum 2026
ICDM is pleased to support the Inaugural Financial Lines Forum 2026, an initiative convened by CBE on a pro bono basis in collaboration with Universiti Malaya.
It is believed to be the first professional and educational forum of its kind in the Asia-Pacific: drawn from the Bench and the Bar, and the international market, convened on a pro bono and non-commercial basis, and focused on financial lines – corporate and directors’ liability, AI governance risk, medical negligence, and the insurance and reinsurance coverage of those exposures.
The two principal panel discussions are:
𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝟭 — Medical Negligence in Practice: Patient Care, Hospital Governance and the Insurance Response
𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝟮 — D&O Liability in Practice: Corporate Governance, Risk Preparedness and the Insurance Response
The Forum will bring together judicial, regulatory, medical, corporate and insurance perspectives on emerging forms of professional and institutional liability.
Invited guests will include members of the judiciary, regulators, professional, educational and industry bodies, hospital and healthcare leadership, members of the medical profession, corporate boards and general counsel, insurers, reinsurers and brokers.
Kindly RSVP by Tuesday, 29th September via the following link: https://financiallinesforum.online-rsvp.com.
