Jennifer Martin is an Associate Partner in EY’s Consulting practice. Her superpower is using design, technology, collaboration, and innovation to solve complex problems and deliver positive outcomes. She has over 20 years’ experience and is currently focussed on getting beyond the buzzwords of web3 and the metaverse to identify the real value for clients, customers, citizens, and employees.
Jennifer has deep expertise in user experience design for websites, kiosks, mobile applications, and 3-dimensional virtual worlds. Her vast experience has earned her a stellar reputation as a thought leader in design, having worked on projects across 13 countries and all market segments. She has a passion for accessibility and is an accomplished design thinking facilitator and trainer. Jennifer has developed and taught workshops at conferences and holds 8 patents for design innovations.
