Company Description
A listed investment holding with core investments in the Manufacturing, Trading and Infrastructure sectors.
Requirements
The company is looking for a Director with Chartered Accountant background and the following functions:
a) Core (Specific) Skills & Competencies: Investment Management, Strategic Planning & Business Strategy, Human Capital & Succession Planning, Financial & Accounting
b) General Skills & Competencies: Sustainability Management, Risk Management & Compliance, Corporate Governance, Investment Management, Investor Relations and Stakeholders Management, Technologies Literacy.
The annual fee is RM 120,000 with RM 2,500/meeting allowance.
Meeting Commitment
7 board meetings with 4 committee meetings per annum
