Programme Overview
AI-led disruption is transforming how organisations operate and soon, it may challenge how boards govern. What happens when AI doesn’t just assist decisions, but actively assesses them?
This session explores a near future where, with full access to corporate data, AI evaluates Board performance across strategic acumen, decision speed, diversity of viewpoints, and capacity to anticipate change.
Participants will experience a live mock demonstration of an AI-driven board review, offering an unfiltered view of what the algorithm detects; strengths, blind spots, and areas of concern. It’s an opportunity to ask: could your governance stand up to such scrutiny? Are decisions agile and future-focused, or anchored in the past?
By reversing the usual lens, the session underscores the emerging need for adaptive governance, algorithmic accountability, and radical transparency. The goal is not to replace the Board’s judgment, but to sharpen it, before AI decides to do so on its own.
Learning Outcome
- Understand the potential role of AI in shaping future governance models.
- Assess how algorithmic evaluation could redefine Board accountability.
- Identify measurable Board traits such as foresight, decision agility, and diversity of thought; that AI can assess.
- Understand why transparency and adaptability are essential to building trust in an AI-driven governance environment
