Programme Outline
In today’s organizations, strategy often fails not because of the plan, but because execution breaks down. Stress, silos, and disengagement drain energy, while leaders feel they are pushing without momentum.
The People Lab™ addresses this gap by focusing on the human side of execution. Co-hosted by Senz Strategy Consulting and Compana, this half-day program explores two critical levers for making strategies work:
- Ownership and engagement — how teams shift from stress and resistance to empowerment and accountability (Karin, Senz)
- Communication and collaboration — how leaders can recognize and adapt to emotional intelligence styles that enable or block execution (Hein-Jan, Compana)
The afternoon blends practical frameworks, interactive exercises, and reflection. Participants will walk away with insights they can apply immediately, and a clearer understanding of how to unlock energy, trust, and ownership in their teams.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this program participants will be able to:
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by breaking down silos and re-igniting collective ownership.
- Identify underlying behavioural and emotional drivers that influence trust, resilience,and team synergy.
- Recognise how individual Emotional Intelligence styles shape leadership impact and team dynamics.
- Apply the RISE™ framework to transform conflict and friction into sustainable performance outcomes.
- Engage with senior peers to exchange perspectives on shaping the future of people andculture in Malaysia.
