Adrian Chan

Mr Adrian Chan is Head of Corporate at Lee & Lee. He serves on the Legal Service Commission and previously served on the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority board. He is an independent director on the boards of several listed companies on the Singapore Exchange. He has been appointed to the SGX Catalist Advisory Panel to review Catalist Sponsor and Registered Professional applications. He is a Council Member of the Law Society of Singapore and co-chairs the Corporate Governance and Regulations Interest Group of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce. He has also been appointed to Singapore Management University’s Enterprise Board.
