Bernice is a partner in the PwC South Africa practice with over 13 years of consulting experience. She leads the PwC South Africa People Analytics practice. Although her background is in Actuarial Science, specifically employee benefits and short term insurance, Bernice’s area of expertise and focus is now in Analytics and Statistical Modelling within the workforce space.
Her focus is on supporting public sector and corporate clients in developing sustainable and outcomes-based approaches to managing human resources while employing robust
analytics and benchmarking as well as modelling to provide the evidence base for change. She co-drives the PwC Workforce of the Future platform and aims to incorporate data-driven approaches in workforce transformation.
