With 34 years of experience, he has made a significant impact in the fields of technology and business transformation. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ECTrons Sdn. Bhd, a deep-tech R&D company specializing in embedded software stacks for RISC-V and ARM-based processors. A company pioneering open technology standards, advancing embedded product development and enabling next-generation AI-driven and cloud-integrated solutions. Prior to setting up ECTrons, he was the former CEO of Kontron Malaysia. During his long tenure in Kontron Malaysia (German MNC), he managed to transform Kontron Malaysia from a manufacturing inclined company to a R&D CoE (Centre of Excellence) for Embedded Computing Technology and a sustainable business organisation. He is also a member of Board of Governors Asian Women’s Leadership Project (AWLP) and Chairperson for Strategic Initiatives Pillar 1, E&E Productivity Nexus (E&E Value Chain).
