With a track record of building and revamping HR functions and leading large workforces of up to 12,000 employees, she is well-versed in strategic initiatives related to talent, culture, HR digitisation, and employee engagement.
She has led initiatives covering a wide range of cost transformation, cultural transformation, employee engagement, employer branding and employee value proposition. Debra has also played an advisor to CEOs, the Executive Committee, and the Board to shape, build and drive a comprehensive, enterprise-wide transformation agenda to drive people and business performance.
