Dr. Tran Ngoc Nguyen is the Chairman of the Petrovietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC) Board of Directors. He has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry at the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam – PVN). Before becoming the Chairman of the PVCFC Board of Directors, he was the CEO of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR).
Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Tran holds a Master’s degree in Petrochemical Refining from the Higher National School of Oil and Engines (ENSPM – École Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et Des Moteurs, France), a Master’s degree in Economic Management from Hanoi National University, and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
