She began her career as a pharmacist and went on to become a global marketing director in pharma, leading strategy, brand positioning, and product launches across 40+ countries. Since founding Senz in 2008, Karin has worked with organizations in Europe, Asia, and beyond - from global corporates to government bodies - helping leaders and teams break silos, rediscover their added value, and turn disengagement into ownership and execution.
