A strategic CFO turned board leader, she is known for steering purpose-driven, financially sustainable, and outcome-focused businesses across MNCs, start-ups, and family businesses.
Her executive career includes transformative leadership roles at Dole, Temasek, VF Corporation (The North Face, Timberland, Vans, Wrangler), and Zuellig Pharma, where she consistently delivered business turnarounds, growth strategies, and governance enhancements.
Elaine has driven transformative changes across MNCs, start-ups and family businesses, with notable brands including Dole, Temasek, VF (The North Face, Timberland, Vans, Lee, Wrangler), International Baccalaureate, WWF, and the UN World Food Programme (2020 Nobel Peace Laureate).
Elaine began her board career in 2015 with the UN World Food Programme, the 2020 Nobel Peace Laureate, and has since served as INED and Audit Committee Chair across public, private, and NGO boards. She currently serves as INED for Novotech Health, XCL Education, International Baccalaureate, EastWestSeed, and WWF International.
