Jackie leads the strategic direction of ICDM’s Directors Development & Certification Framework, equipping board leaders with the skills and mindset to navigate evolving governance challenges. A graduate of the ESG Competent Boards Programme, she actively integrates ESG principles into ICDM’s offerings for boards and C-suites.
At the core of her leadership is a deep commitment to people and talent, fostering a collaborative team that values inclusivity, open communication, well-being, and innovation. Previously CFO at the World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) Foundation, her expertise spans finance, strategy, HR, and business development. A member of ACCA and MIA, she is dedicated to empowering leaders and building future-ready workplaces.
She also plays a role in co-facilitating board evaluations for a variety of organisations across different sectors, including both public and private companies, to enhance board effectiveness, promote diversity, and improve dynamics and culture within the boardroom.
