Sow Yoke is a seasoned banking and governance professional with 33 years of C-suite experience across leading banks including Alliance Bank, UOB (Malaysia) and OUB (Malaysia). A Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, Fellow Chartered Banker and Certified Information Systems Auditor, she brings strong expertise in financial oversight, IT and cyber risk, and corporate governance.
She began her career in public accounting and later established the IT Audit function for a major conglomerate. Sow Yoke currently serves as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee at MKHOP (East Kalimantan) Berhad, and previously held similar roles at Bangkok Bank Malaysia. She currently also sits on the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers Board of Examiners.
