Azman Sulaiman is a Faculty Member of ICDM, where he specialises in Board Effectiveness Assessments.
A board member of Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Berhad and a past Board member of Costain Group PLC UK, Azman spent his formative career years with the UEM Group before later retiring as Senior Partner in Korn Ferry International. Today, he is also a professional Executive Coach and host of the popular Leadership Podcast, Cuba Cerita.
In 2023, he was recognised by CEO Insights Asia as one of Malaysia’s Top 10 Leaders in Training & Coaching. In 2025 he was also conferred the award of Most Influential Coaching Leaders in Asia.
A popular leadership speaker, Azman is also proficient in facilitating top team leadership initiatives.
