Myrna Thabet is an Associate Director at BTS based in Dubai, where she partners with organizations across the Middle East to design and deliver leadership and transformation initiatives that drive business performance and organizational change.
Since joining the consulting industry in 2018, she has worked across sectors including FMCG, Government, Banking and Finance, Oil & Gas, Technology, Mining, Maritime, and Hospitality. Her expertise spans leadership development, strategy execution, innovation, business acumen, and organizational transformation.
Myrna has led strategic initiatives for some of the region's leading organizations across government, financial services, energy, and consumer sectors. Several of her programs have received external recognition, including three Brandon Hall Gold Awards for excellence in leadership and DEI.
A core contributor to BTS's global DEI team, Myrna also specializes in inclusive leadership and advancing women in leadership. She is certified in Multipliers facilitation and mindset-based delivery, and facilitates programs globally.
