Prakash has established and led internationally diversified HR and Talent Management teams in Huawei, DAL Group, Elanco, and AIG. He worked with all levels of employees both at strategic and operational levels and implemented capability development for multicultural teams in aligning company core values HR strategy and global business goals. His areas of expertise are executive coaching, leadership development, change management and talent management.

His experience includes working closely with Board of Directors, regional and global leaders and being part of leadership teams and recently actively involved in HR and talent transformation projects. He has trained 5000+ with more than 500+ sessions across the globe.

His vast experience includes in Telecommunication, Pharmaceuticals, Animal Health, Education, Automotive, Information Technology, Construction and Insurance industries both at global and regional levels.

Prakash has over 10 professional certifications including Certified Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) and Meta Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP) Practitioner. He was the Past President of International Association of Coaching (IAC Malaysia) and Past Executive Committee of Association of Coaching & Supervisory Management (ACSM).

Prakash is also a Guest Lecturer, and professional writer. He has published various publications on leadership and people management and actively involved in speaking engagements.
