Ridhima as a founder of ImpactPlus Consulting, leading as Partner and CEO, bringing over 20 years of consulting and line management experience. Ridhima is a recognized subject matter expert in leadership assessment and development, having shaped unique approaches that blends the science and art of coaching. She has successfully supported clients in various industries in developing their senior leaders.
Experience
Before founding ImpactPlus, Ridhima was the CEO/Partner leading Kincentric (a Spencer Stuart company) as the Country Head for Malaysia.
She joined Kincentric through the strategic acquisition of Aon by Spencer Stuart, having previously spent over eight years at Aon, working across multiple geographies, including Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Before Aon, she held roles at PwC, ECS Limited, and HCL Technologies in India.
With extensive expertise in people strategies, she has helped organizations achieve business outcomes through interventions in employee engagement, organizational culture, capability framework design, and HR effectiveness. As a recognized Subject Matter Expert in competency design, she contributed to Kincentric’s unique approach to aligning the science and art of competencies. She has supported clients across industries—including Financial Services, Telecom, and Manufacturing—in defining behavioral and technical capability frameworks to enhance talent management.
She is a certified facilitator in multiple psychometric and cognitive assessment tools, including ADEPT (Aon’s proprietary tool), MBTI, Facet 5, LPA, and IRIS. Leveraging these tools, she has assessed and coached over 500 managers across various levels and industries, tailoring competency-based, personality-driven, and cognitive-focused approaches to meet client needs.
