Zadil is responsible for membership growth, programme delivery, and revenue generation of ICDM. He brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience spanning property development, public/non-profit sector, consumer products, and oil & gas. His areas of expertise include strategy execution, organisational transformation, and strategic communications. He has also served on boards of subsidiaries and joint venture entities of a public-listed company.
Prior to joining ICDM, he was Chief Strategy Officer at Yayasan Hasanah (a foundation of Khazanah Nasional Berhad), where he spearheaded strategy, partnerships, and communications to catalyse inclusive, scalable impact across Malaysia’s development landscape.
Earlier, Zadil held senior roles at Mass Rapid Transit Corporation (Director, Strategic Communications & Stakeholder Relations), UEM Sunrise Berhad (Director / Head, Strategy and Corporate Affairs), and PEMANDU (Associate Director).
He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and an MBA. He has received training in leadership facilitation, executive coaching, and media engagement.
