Join Dr. Jasmina Kuka in this 1-day programme that is intended to provide boards with a greater understanding on sustainable practices and the importance of the integration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors into investment processes and decisionmaking of their businesses. With increasing stakeholder expectations of a company’s ESG performance, addressing ESG issues is no longer something that can be done at every fifth board meeting or within a standard annual report that merely ticks the box. Directors are expected to have sufficient knowledge to evaluate the potential impact, risks and opportunities that arise from these ESG factors and tackle questions about sustainability in a new and urgent manner.
