PROGRAMME FEE

Fee includes programme materials (in digital format) and refreshments (for physical and hybrid formats only). Please ensure that you provide a valid email address.

PAYMENT

  1. Registration(s) is confirmed when full payment is made and when ICDM sends you the confirmation in paragraph 3 below. ICDM reserves the right to refuse admission if registration is not confirmed.
  2. Full payment must be made no later than 10 days prior to the programme date through:
    a) Online payment transfer, cash deposit or cheque deposit.
    1. Payment can be made using the following information:

      • Bank Branch: Bukit Damansara
      • Account Number: 564324609320
      • Swift Code: MBISMYKL
    2. Payment can also be made using ICDM’s Registration System Payment (available on ICDM’s Registration portal) via Local Online Banking/ FPX, E-Wallet or Credit Card.
    3. Credit card payment facilities which are available at ICDM’s office.
  3. Payment must be made 14 days before the programme date unless otherwise agreed with ICDM. Proof of payment should be emailed to ICDM at development@icdm.com.my and finance@icdm.com.my in order to confirm your slot for a programme. Your slot is confirmed only by receiving a confirmation email by ICDM.
     

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. A cancellation notice from a participant must be made in writing.
    1. The following cancellation charges apply:
      • where a cancellation notice is provided less than fourteen (14) working days before the programme date: 50% of the programme fee or Required Credit Hours (RCH) will be charged.
      • where a cancellation notice is provided less than seven (7) working days before the programme date: 100% of the programme fee or Required Credit Hours (RCH) will be charged.
  2. Replacement of Participant
    Replacement of a participant is acceptable to avoid incurring cancellation fees. Notification of replacement and the details of replacement must be sent to ICDM no later than seven (7) working days before the programme date and full payment of the programme fees must be made.
  3. ICDM reserves the right to cancel or defer the programme, and/or to change venue, speaker, mode of delivery of the programme (either to be conducted physically or electronically), course date and fees due to low enrolment, to comply with any law, guidelines, or due to any unforeseen circumstances. ICDM shall not be responsible for any costs, damages or losses incurred by the participant due to the changes and/or cancellation of the programme.
  4. ICDM will make all reasonable efforts to notify participants of changes to any programme details, should they happen. If ICDM cancels any programme, participants will be able to utilise the credit from a cancelled programme to be applied to other ICDM programmes within 6 months from the date of cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Aspiring Directors Immersion Programme (ADIP) ® 

A cancellation notice from ADIP participant must be made in writing.

  1. Cancellation 14 days or more prior to the programme date: No charges will apply.
  2. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the programme date: 50% of the programme fee will be charged.
  3. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the programme date: 100% of the programme fee will be charged.
  4. No-show (MIA): 100% of the programme fee will be charged. Participants opting to re-attend the programme will incur the full member fee.
  5. Deferment: Participants unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., poor health conditions, death, official government meetings and other related circumstances) may request a deferment. Supporting evidence is required, and requests will be subject to review and approval.
     

CPD POINTS & CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

  1. CPD Points and Certificate of Participation will be issued once you have met the requirements stated below.
    • Complete 100% of the duration of the programme
    • Submit the evaluation form at the end of the programme
  2. E-Certificate of Participation will be sent via email.
  3. CPD Points for ICDM Members will be updated on the ICDM Portal
