There is no doubt that being an ICDM member also add to my credibility as it means I am committed to directorship effectiveness and board excellence.
We contacted ICDM in 2023 for help and we are pleased with the diversified candidates proposed to us. By working with ICDM, we had access to a pool of relevant and professional members as a start.
As ICDM is a well-known body having a pool of qualified candidates and has quite a lot of postings for independent directorship, I feel I have better advantage as compared to those who are not a members.
