Saket Bhartia is a managing director in the Forensic Investigations and Intelligence practice, based in Singapore. Saket leverages more than 22 years of experience and has assisted boards and audit committee of ASEAN companies in investigating financial statement fraud, siphoning of funds, embezzlement, asset misappropriation, bribery and corruption issues, regulatory non-compliance, code of conduct violations, supply chain leakages and ethics violations.

Richard Ong is Group Head, Group Risk & Compliance at Sime Darby Berhad. He is a certified accountant with 20 years of experience in governance, risk and control. He joined Sime Darby Berhad in 2018 as the Head of Risk and is responsible for implementing appropriate systems, programme and initiatives to manage the Group’s overall risk exposures. He was then promoted as Group Head in 2021 leading Sime Darby’s combined risk and compliance functions.

Christina Foo was in public practice for 30+years serving clients in Accounting, Tax, Strategic & Business Advisory services while with Ernst & Young (1985-2001) and Priority One (2001- August 2022). From 2018 to 2019 she was a Senior Practice Fellow at Sunway Business School, Sunway University, Malaysia.
