John Zinkin has 47 years’ experience in business, of which thirty have been in Asia, holding senior line management and corporate strategy/business development positions in major multinational manufacturing, marketing and consulting
companies. Since moving to Malaysia in 2001, John has set up his own independent consulting company specializing in corporate positioning, change management and communication, as well as marketing strategy and training.

Robert Gordon is the CEO of Australian-based consultancy, Board Accord, with reach across Australia into NZ and Asia. He has two decades experience consulting, coaching and mentoring in the c-suites and the Boardroom. He was invited by IBM and JP Morgan to introduce the discourse on Workplace Stress and Resilience into the modern Chinese Corporate economy, in 2004, presenting to senior executives in China, HK and Taiwan.

Dato’ George Miranda has 25 years of experience as a practicing lawyer. His expertise covers both non-contentious & contentious matters. He has a strong reputation for dealing with complex & high value corporate & litigation matters. In regards to non-contentious matters he focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions, preparing companies for IPOs in Malaysia, property conveyancing and compliance. He served as president of the Malaysian Mergers & Acquisitions Association from 2006 to 2012.

Anil has been a member of EY Malaysia’s International Tax Services team (now the International Tax and Transaction Services team) for over 12 years.

Chee Keong LOW (‘CK’) is an Associate Professor in Corporate Law at The Chinese University of Hong Kong Business School with research interests in issues pertaining to corporate governance and the regulatory framework of
capital markets. His research which has been published internationally is supported by grants from the Companies Registry and the Sino Group.

Ravin Gill is currently a Senior Policy Advisor who looks into the formulation and development of new policies and law reforms related to companies/businesses in Malaysia. She is also a Trainer/Public Speaker who specialises in identifying the training and development needs of companies and is involved in developing and delivering training modules related to Company Law, as well as conduct related research projects.

Megat is a Partner for Deloitte Risk Advisory with more than 15 years of experience advising on cyber security, enterprise risk management, project risk advisory and business continuity projects. He has vast experience in the Energy & Resources Sector, Financial Services Sector, Public Sector and Manufacturing industries. Megat holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Queensland. He is also a Certified Professional for Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Business Continuity Management.

Dr Jasmina Kuka has eighteen years of direct working experience with international organisations, UN agencies, corporate and public sector in conducting impact assessments, research and situation analysis as well as implementing monitoring & evaluation of national and international programmes.
