Dr Mark Lovatt is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant of Trident Integrity Solutions, a leading-edge consultancy specialising in governance and anticorruption programmes. Dr Lovatt is also the Secretary-General of the Business Integrity Alliance, and Coordinator of the BIA Advanced Technology Working Group, which has been meeting regularly since 2022 to explore how advanced technology can be used in the governance and ESG space with some of Malaysia’s largest companies.
Diana David is the author of Future Proof: Reinventing Work in the Age of Acceleration and an Adjunct Lecturer of Leadership at Hong Kong University Business School and her alma mater, Columbia Business School. A former Financial Times executive and founder of the Financial Times Non-Executive Directors Diploma in Asia, Diana now works with CEOs and board directors to enhance their leadership agility, influence, collaboration and resilience. Her clients have included the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, World Bank, Expedia, Asia Development Bank, AIA, JP Morgan, Citi and Credit Suisse.
Edmund has been in active legal practice since 1998, with over 25 years of experience working with businesses, States, and non-governmental organisations to promote and protect human rights. In particular, he evaluates and monitors human rights compliance by companies and supports them on their ESG sustainability journeys.
He also assesses their labour supply chains and assists them by providing practical action plans for implementation to improve their business practices.
A seasoned management consultant and finance industry professional, Helene has held various senior management positions in Strategic Planning, Marketing and Branding throughout her career which includes tenure at global consulting giants Boston Consulting Group and Willis Towers Watson.
Amarjit has extensive experience in sustainability related consultancy locally and internationally in various sectors focusing on performance improvement through strategy development, management systems establishment, supply chain enhancement and assessments. Michael has 30 years expertise in ESG and sustainability having worked as an Executive Director, Management Consultant and Leadership Coach. Trained as a Mechanical Engineer and with a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA), he has worked within corporate, consultancy and NGO roles. Michael has been awarded Fellow status of IEMA and IIRSM, is a Chartered Environmentalist and registered on the UK Occupational Health and Safety Register. He is certified as an Executive and Leadership Coach which he brings into his advisory services.
Andrea Bonime-Blanc, JD/PhD, is founder and CEO of GEC Risk Advisory, a strategic governance, risk, ESG and cyber advisor to business, NGOs, and government. A former senior global corporate executive (Bertelsmann, Verint, PSEG), she serves on several boards and advisory boards (including Cyber Future Foundation, NACD New Jersey Chapter, Athena Alliance & Wirex Systems).
Dr Kalanithi is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) at IOI Corporation Berhad, a public listed company. She was formerly an INED at FGV Holdings Berhad. She is co-founder and deputy chairperson of Climate Governance Malaysia (CGM) which is the country chapter of the World Economic Forum’s Climate Governance Initiative. She is also on the Steering Committee of the CEO’s Action Network (CAN), a coalition of leaders for sustainability action and leadership.
