Chiun Chiek (CC) Wong is the Director of Bursa Intelligence, the function of the Malaysia Exchange that oversees the digital, data and connectivity solutions business for the Group, and also leads the commercial strategy to facilitate the transition to sustainability of the wider ecosystem including listed companies and their supply chain, regulators and financial institutions, via strategic cross-Exchange collaboration, corporate programmes, governmental engagements, sustainable finance initiatives and the FTSE4Good–Bursa Malaysia franchise.

Han Ther is a seasoned trainer and speaker on cyber security and digital technologies. He is currently the APAC Chief Technology Officer of Ridge Security, a US based cyber security start up based in Silicon Valley. In this capacity, he is tasked to drive the technology, solutioning, and delivery of security services. With more than 20 years of experience in multi-disciplinary cyber security roles across multiple industry verticals; he has served as an end user, a service provider, a consultant, and security architect.

Min Ming was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the AirAsia X on 1 December 2022. She is also the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of the Company and a member of the Audit Committee of the Company.

Min Ming holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Victoria, Canada, and a Senior Executive Master of Business Administration from the Melbourne Business School. She is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Datin Sri Badrunnisa, was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of UEM Sunrise Berhad on 21 June 2021. She is also the Chairman of Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the company.

She began her career with Shell in Malaysia in 1982 and served for 25 years with the first half focusing on Information Technology software application and the second half in Human Resources (HR), where she was part of a global team in Shell Group HR serving regional businesses.

Lavanya is a manager of the commercial team for Aon’s talent solutions where she works across teams to drive strategic growth. She works closely with the regional ESG practice and co-authored the 2022 APAC Corporate Governance and ESG Survey Report.

Lavanya graduated from University College London (UCL) with an M.Arch in Urban Design and from Anna University with a B.Arch. She has over 10 years’ experience working across a number of large-scale sustainability projects, including smart cities, urban mobility, urban resilience and growth strategy.

Boon is a Partner at Aon and based out of Singapore with more than 35 years of consulting experience.  

His areas of expertise range from corporate governance and executive compensation, public sector pay, organization transformation, succession planning, to enterprise performance management and workforce planning. He has extensive consulting experience in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Philippines as well as Greater China.​

Uzair Javaid is the co-founder and CEO of Betterdata. He has a PhD in Privacy Engineering and one of his projects involved breaking down the encryption of Ethereum blockchain. He has been cited over 400 times with 15 publications. He has been designing data security and privacy techniques for the past 5 years and was able to hack 670 user wallets on the Ethereum blockchain. Previously, he was with Merkle Science as a Software Engineer and Business Development Associate. Uzair realised encryption has its vulnerabilities and there must be better alternatives.

Georg Chmiel is a highly experienced entrepreneur with over three decades of expertise in rapidly growing online businesses. He has a remarkable track record of leading more than 35 acquisitions and being involved in seven successful takeovers. Throughout his career, Georg has played a key role in creating three unicorns and has consistently delivered substantial growth in shareholder value. He has been based in Malaysia for the past decade and holds a strong belief in the potential of the Malaysian and ASEAN markets.

Khoo Gaik Bee was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Axiata Berhad on 1 January 2019. Gaik Bee has more than 41 years of extensive strategic human resource and leadership experiences across industries. She served at several international and Malaysian corporates before retiring as Executive Director/ Human Resource Director of Guinness Anchor Berhad in 2006.
