He has frequently advised on disputes of a multi-party and/or cross-border nature, in various industry sectors.
Geoff is a Partner in the International Corporate Department at Trowers & Hamlins and is the Head of the Corporate and Commercial team in Malaysia. He is an experienced corporate lawyer, having spent 19 years working across private practice and in-house roles. His expertise includes public and private M&A, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, takeovers, investments, corporate restructuring, ESG and general corporate advisory.
