He has served as a key advisor on various governance committees.

Mr. Lai was appointed to the Board of DKSH Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad on November 4, 2022, as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee. He is also a member of ICDM.
