Sunny Xi is a Principal in Oliver Wyman’s Transportation and Services Practice based in the Singapore office and focuses on aviation sector coverage.  Sunny has broad expertise across commercial strategy, aviation policy, climate and sustainability, and transformation management. He developed the Net Zero pathway definition for aviation sector loan portfolio for two of the top 3 Southeast Asia banks. Sunny holds a BA Psychology and Economics from Yale University and an MBA in Multinational Management, Marketing and Operations from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Kuhan is a Partner with Oliver Wyman’s Kuala Lumpur Office.  He is a strategy and operations transformation expert with over two decades of experience. He has worked extensively to solve a range of strategic and operational issues for clients across both the public and private sectors spanning Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America. He has extensive experience working with Government-Linked Investment Companies (GLICs), Government-Linked Companies (GLCs) and MNCs in Malaysia .

Sam Ridgeway is a Principal in Oliver Wyman’s Finance & Risk practice and Climate & Sustainability platform. Over the past thirteen years he has advised financial institutions, governments and public bodies across Europe and Asia on a range of strategic topics. Sam’s major focus for the last four years has been on Climate & Sustainability.

Farah Rosley is the Malaysia Tax Leader at Ernst & Young Tax Consultants Sdn. Bhd. She was also the Past President of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) from 2019 to 2022.

Datuk Johan is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and graduated with an Economic Degree from the University of Cambridge. Since 2004, Datuk Johan has served in various roles including Deputy Secretary General (Policy) and National Budget Director at the Ministry of Finance, Deputy Director General (Human Capital) of the Economic Planning Unit and CEO of Talent Corporation Malaysia. On 27 February 2023, he was appointed Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance.

Alex is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team at Trowers & Hamlins. Alex has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in relation to complex and high-value disputes ranging from international arbitration and High Court litigation to managing international disputes in different jurisdictions across the world. He has frequently advised on disputes of a multi-party and/or cross-border nature, in various industry sectors.

Geoff is a Partner in the International Corporate Department at Trowers & Hamlins and is the Head of the Corporate and Commercial team in Malaysia. He is an experienced corporate lawyer, having spent 19 years working across private practice and in-house roles. His expertise includes public and private M&A, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, takeovers, investments, corporate restructuring, ESG and general corporate advisory.
