Susanna Hasenoehrl is SAP’s Head of Sustainability in Asia Pacific and Japan. Susanna has over 20+ years of leadership experience in sustainability and technology across Asian and global markets. Presently, she focuses on leveraging technology and data to drive sustainability outcomes for SAP’s customers across 25 industries, with a particular emphasis on decarbonization and circularity. 

Sean is a Senior Partner at Oliver Wyman and member of the Partner Development Council and the Global Leadership Council. ​

Sean has over 30 years of consulting experience in the financial services industry across major universal and investment banks, life insurance and consumer finance companies, private equity and asset management firms on changes to market/competitor evolution. He works as an Advisor to Senior Executives on strategy, operational improvement, performance management and risk management issues

Tobias has over 20 years of experience as a management consultant and entrepreneur. He started as a Financial Analyst at MCF Corporate Finance in Germany in 1998 and co-founded Pragma Holding AG as a CFO. In 2004, he moved to Malaysia and worked at McKinsey & Company until 2012, advancing to Senior Project Manager. Upon leaving McKinsey in 2012, he was appointed as Director and Head of Asia Pacific with Poyry Management Consulting in Singapore.
