Dr. Tran Ngoc Nguyen is the Chairman of the Petrovietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC) Board of Directors. He has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry at the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam – PVN). Before becoming the Chairman of the PVCFC Board of Directors, he was the CEO of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR).

Brian is a Partner and the Climate and Sustainability Assurance Leader for the Asia-Pacific and Southeast Asia at Deloitte. He has 20 years of experience in providing professional services and his expertise includes sustainability strategy, sustainable finance, ESG disclosure and internal control. He has been serving over 200 clients in his career.  Before joining Deloitte, he spent 8 years as a partner in an international professional firm, and 10 years as the Director of a regional sustainability consulting firm focusing on the APAC region.

Dr. Anza Elias is currently serves as the visiting Public Health Medicine Specialist (Occupational Health) in Angsana Health and two utilities company in Malaysia.

He has worked for JV companies, MNCs and GLCs and has over 10 years as a director of various listed companies. He is currently an Independent Director on the Board of three listed companies – a Financial Institution, a provider of services to the Oil & Gas sector and a Utility company.
