Amarjit was appointed as the Chief Corporate Officer of MRCB on 13 January 2016.

Prior to MRCB, from 2000 to 2015 he was Executive Director of Bursa Malaysia listed YTL e-Solutions Bhd and Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of the company’s subsidiary, Infoscreen Networks PLC, while it was listed on the London Stock Exchange. He was also seconded for a period of time to PEMANDU, in the Prime Minister’s Department, Malaysia.

Sharmila is a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Top Glove Corporation Berhad. She’s also sits on other board as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad since September 2021.

She’s also a consultant in the Legal, Operations and Industry Development Departments of the RIM Group since January 2015 and a partner of Jerald Gomez & Associates since 2011 with areas of practice of Intellectual Property, Banking Litigation, Corporate Advisory, Estate Claims and Family Law matters.

Datuk Iain John Lo (“Datuk Iain”) was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of RHB Bank on 15 September 2020. He also serves as a Member of the Board Nominating & Remuneration Committee and Board Audit Committee.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles (“UCLA”). He also holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from UCLA.

Hadi was appointed Axiata’s Group Chief Internal Audit with effect from 15 October 2018. Prior to this appointment, he was Chief Financial Officer of Ncell Axiata for over 2 years and instrumental in the successful post-acquisition integration of Ncell. With more than 20 years of working experience within Axiata Group, he has held various management positions across the Group including in Celcom Axiata and edotco Malaysia where he was the Managing Director.

Hadi is a Chartered Management Accountant by profession and a member of CIMA UK and holds an MBA.

Dato’ Zuraidah Atan is a member of the Malaysian Bar. She is a practising Advocate & Solicitor in her own firm, Chambers of Zuraidah Atan. She holds an LLB (Hons) degree from The University of Buckingham, England and obtained the Malaysian Qualifying Board Certificate in Legal Practice (Hons) in 1992.

Dato’ Zuraidah sits on the Board of S P Setia Berhad, and chairs the Board of Trustees for S P Setia Foundation. She is also a board member of Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad.

Until 31 December 2024, Tan Sri Datuk Dr Rebecca Fatima Sta Maria was the executive director of the APEC Secretariat based in Singapore. Prior to joining the APEC Secretariat, Dr Sta Maria was a top-level Malaysian civil servant and trade negotiator. She was recently appointed the Pro Chancellor of Sunway University, one of the premier private universities in Malaysia.

She began her career in the Administrative and Diplomatic Service in 1981 and served in various capacities in the then Ministry of Trade and Industry.

Jackie leads the strategic direction of ICDM’s Directors Development & Certification Framework, equipping board leaders with the skills and mindset to navigate evolving governance challenges. A graduate of the ESG Competent Boards Programme, she actively integrates ESG principles into ICDM’s offerings for boards and C-suites.

Pankaj is presently the Managing Director of Datametrics Research and Information Centre Sdn. Bhd. He also sits as an Independent Non-Executive Director of MN Holdings Berhad, OSK Ventures International Berhad, and KUB Malaysia Berhad, which are all listed on Bursa Malaysia.
