Professor Mak Yuen Teen, PhD, FCPA (Aus) is Professor (Practice) of Accounting at the NUS Business School. He served on the Corporate Governance Committee which developed the first Code of Corporate Governance in Singapore in 2001, the Council on Corporate Disclosure and Governance which revised the Code in 2005, and the Corporate Governance Council which revised the Code in 2018. He was recently appointed to a second three-year term on the Corporate Governance Advisory Committee under the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Datuk Mohd Radzif has held various leadership positions in healthcare, banking, property consultancy, real estate development, construction and investment.

In 2003, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Institut Jantung Negara Sdn. Bhd. He then assumed the position as Group Managing Director of IJN Holdings Sdn. Bhd. in 2006 prior to his appointment as Managing Director of Small Medium Enterprise Development Bank Malaysia (SME Bank) in 2010.

Rachel is well versed in advising organisations on identifying impacts on environmental and social matters drawing on her deep practical experience working with clients. Her unique skill as an ESG consultant is being able to draw upon her legal skills to ensure obligations are understood and met, whilst also ensuring that the ESG strategy is fit for each client’s circumstances.

Jason Milne is the founder of Koru ESG, a Vancouver-based ESG consulting and advisory firm. Jason has more than 25 years experience in the investment industry in Canada, and has specialized in ESG, corporate governance, and responsible investment for over 20 years.

Junice is the Executive Director and Head of ESG Intelligence at Eco-Business, Asia Pacific’s leading media organisation focusing on sustainable development and responsible business.

Mark brings with him over 20 years of experience in the public accounting practice and commercial sector in Corporate Tax and GST experience.  As Deloitte Malaysia’s FSI Tax Leader, he is the primary tax partner leading tax engagements for clients in the sectors of banking, insurance and capital markets.  He is experienced in corporate income tax compliance, dispute resolution, tax advisory, tax due diligence and tax structuring.

Max Van Biene is Global Head of ESG & Sustainability Strategy at consulting firm Edge Environment. He leads a team of strategists who help organisations navigate their pathway to purpose and positive social & environmental impact while meeting increasing shareholder expectations. He has led the ESG strategy development for various listed and unlisted companies, is a graduate of AICD, sitting board member for Bcorp ANZ and chairs the ESG committees for a number of listed companies.

Karina Litvack, Founder and Chairman of the Climate Governance Initiative serves on the boards of Italian Oil & Gas major Eni S.p.A., where she chairs the Sustainability & Scenarios Committee, and serves on the Remuneration Committee; and the CFA Institute, home of the professional qualification for investment management professionals, where she chairs the ESG Working Group of the Investment Sub-Committee and serves on the Governance Committee.

Rajah Rasiah is a Distinguished Professor of Economics at the Asia Europe Institute, University of Malaya. He holds a PhD from Cambridge University and was a Rajawali Fellow at Harvard. He has held key academic roles, including Dean at the University of Malaya and the first holder of the Khazanah Nasional Chair of Regulatory Studies.
