Sow Yoke is a seasoned banking and governance professional with 33 years of C-suite experience across leading banks including Alliance Bank, UOB (Malaysia) and OUB (Malaysia). A Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, Fellow Chartered Banker and Certified Information Systems Auditor, she brings strong expertise in financial oversight, IT and cyber risk, and corporate governance.

Datuk Zaiton is a Fellow and Council Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom, member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) Professional Accountants in Business (PAIB) Advisory Group, a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

She is currently the Chairman of the Board Governance and Audit Committee of public listed Sime Darby Plantation Berhad, the world’s largest producer of Certified Sustainable Palm Oil.

Datuk Mohd Nasir Ahmad is currently Chairman of CIMB Group Holdings Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad and CIMB Bank PLC Cambodia. He is also a member of the Financial Reporting Foundation and Chairman of the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board. He is a Council Member of ACCA UK since 2013. He is a Fellow of ACCA, a Chartered Accountant with MIA and obtained his MBA (Finance) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Datuk Nasir also holds directorships in Prokhas Sdn Bhd, CIMB EOP Management Sdn Bhd and Touch n’ Go Sdn. Bhd.

Mr. Lee has 30 years of professional experience as an economist and with almost 12 years in Bank Negara Malaysia and 18 years in financial services. His expertise has earned him many awards, which include “Best Economist” in The Edge Polls twice and ranked top 3 four times from 2000-2008, and “Best Economist” by the Asset Magazine Hong Kong- Local Currency Bond Market of Malaysia in 2007. He led CIMB Macroeconomic research toward the top 3 for nine consecutive years (2005-13) in the Asiamoney Polls.

Theresa currently guides corporate leaders to be more effective through an innate understanding of Organizational & Leadership Dynamics. She has partnered with more than 100 corporate clients in the multinational, equity-funded, and non-profit sectors. Teoh Su Yin is a Senior Independent Director of CIMB Group Holdings and Chairperson of CIMB Investment Bank. Within the Group she chairs the Group Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Group Sustainability & Governance Committee as well as is a member of the Audit Committees.

Su Yin is also on the Board of Trustees of WWF-Malaysia and in Singapore, Albizia ASEAN Opportunities Fund. Her background is in Equity Research where she spent 20 years at JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank covering Malaysia and the ASEAN markets.

Datin Norazah Mohamed Razali is an Independent Non-Executive Director. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 1993. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and became a member of the Malaysian Bar in 1994. She has also received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from The Imperial College Business School, University of London, United Kingdom and a Diploma of the Imperial College in Management from Imperial College, the United Kingdom in 1998.
