Any company whether it is in Malaysia or abroad can apply to be our corporate member with a fee of RM15,000 per annum with no voting rights.
All Board Directors and CEO will be admitted as individual members with our compliments

ICDM Corporate Membership for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
SMEs are essential to the economic growth in Malaysia. In our mission to support their corporate governance journey, we are pleased to offer ICDM Corporate Membership to SMEs at subsidised rates. Companies can enjoy the SME rates if they meet the following conditions:
- Not a public and/or listed company in Malaysia
- Not a subsidiary/associated to any public or listed company

- Any other organisation deemed appropriate by the Membership Committee
3Limited Lifetime Corporate Membership is renewable every 15 years
