Help our Board-Ready Affiliates kick start their directorship journey

Have you been looking to improve board diversity by bringing in new talents? Here is an opportunity for you to take action.

For an individual director, you can be a mentor or a sponsor.

As a mentor, you impart your directorship experience and offer guidance on the nitty-gritty of being an effective director. Through you, aspiring directors gain the necessary insights and perspectives crucial to taking on their first directorship role.

As a sponsor, you play the role of a mentor while actively assisting your mentee(s) secure their first board seat by providing recommendations and connecting them to relevant directorship opportunities.

For a corporation, you can offer short-term directorship to help our board-ready affiliates accumulate directorship experience or support our Aspiring Directors Immersion Programme (ADIP) to help our affiliates strengthen their knowledge and competency.
